FINALLY PITTMAN POWERS ON AT PEVELY

After some interminable delays in the WoO schedule (the weather has been far less than cooperative) Daryn Pittman and the Titan Racing USA team finally got to stand on the gas at Pevely in Missouri over the weekend.

With the weather being poor all week leading up to the event the normally racy Pevely surface was a challenge to say the least with track staff having to re-work the track after qualifying.

Daryn Pittman qualified the Titan #21 in position 7 during qualifying which gave him an outside front row start that he was able to convert to a strong heat win over renowned hard charger Tim Shaffer.

A not so helpful pill draw for the Dash saw Pittman starting the A-Main from the inside third row and optimistic of a big finish.

Unfortunately the usually slidejob friendly Pevely circuit was missing in action and replaced by a choppy, two groove situation that didn’t lend itself to big charges to the front.

Daryn spent the majority of the race between sixth and eighth and eventually came home in seventh position by the fall of the chequers.

The next stop for Titan Racing USA is the awesome high banked half mile Eldora Speedway!
